Three Questions for a Non-Accredited Investor

There has been a lot of debate about whether funding private companies should be restricted to accredited investors or not. Being a libertarian, this is actually a very simple question. Of course anyone should be allowed to invest in private companies. He or she may lose money, but it is not the government’s job to protect people from losing money on investments.
